INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes how Minibargainz ("Minibargainz," "us" or "we") will collect and use your information when you visit www.minibargainz.com (the “Site”).

We're not responsible for the privacy practices of web sites operated by third parties that are linked to or integrated with our Site. Once you've left our Site via such a link, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party to determine its privacy practices.

 

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

Personal Information.  In order for you to take advantage of opportunities provided through the Site (for example, to register with us or make a purchase) we may collect personal information that can identify you (“PII”) such as your full name, postal address (including billing and shipping address), telephone number,  email address, credit card number, and similar information.  

We do not, however, knowingly collect PII from children under the age of thirteen.

Non-Personal Information.  Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information and any other information that does not relate to a single identifiable individual.  It tells us such things as how many users visited our site and the pages accessed.   We may collect Non-PII from you when you visit this Site. We collect this information through your voluntary submissions, and through technologies such as “cookies” or with “web beacons,” as explained below.

Credit Card Information:  Minibargainz does not collect your credit card details. We use PayPal to process your payments.  When you make a purchase from us, PayPal will prompt you to enter in your credit card information. PayPal will never send us your credit card information; instead they will simply notify us when you make your payment. Cookies. We use cookies and other technologies to collect information. Cookies are small bits of information that our web sites place on the hard drive of your computer. We use cookies to, among other things, facilitate our login processes; allow you to personalize and store your settings; collect usage information; determine our total audience size and traffic; and help us improve our sites by measuring which areas are of greatest interest to users.

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, or if we inform you otherwise at the time of data collection, we will not share your PII with third parties.

Affiliates: We may share your PII with affiliated companies and businesses.

Service Providers: We may use other companies to perform services including, without limitation, facilitating some aspects of our Site, sending e-mail, processing payment, and fulfilling purchase requests.  These other companies may be supplied with or have access to your PII solely for the purpose of providing these services to us or on our behalf.

Special Circumstances: We also may disclose your PII:

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

As a result, we cannot ensure the security of any information you provide.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where we have facilities, and by subscribing to our services and/or using our Site you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country.
