Why do I have to pay sales tax if I live in California?

Unfortunately we have no control over this. Since we are registered as a California business, we have to collect sales tax from those customers. We wish we didn't have to collect sales tax from our fans in California but we don’t want to be in orange jumpsuits!

Do you offer local pick up?

Sorry but we don't offer local pick up.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we can’t ship internationally. We will work on this in the future.

When will I receive my bargainz?

We bend over backwards to send your products as soon as we can. We usually ship within 24-48 hours after your purchase.  Depending on where you are, it can take up to 10 days for you to get the bargainz. We will send you a USPS delivery confirmation once your purchase is shipped.

I added the product into my cart but your site said it is sold out when I check out. Why?

Your purchase is not final until you have completed the transaction. It is a first come first serve system, if someone checks out before you do then you are out of luck.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind later?

Unfortunately no. Again please make sure you want the product before you hit that buy button.

Can I return an item or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure you want the product before you hit that buy button! If your product is damaged in transit, please email us within a week of receiving the product. We will do our best to fix it for you.

Sometimes when I check your site, the product is sold out. Why?

You must be quick to grab the best bargainz! Fortunately we have some great tools to help you- sign up for our daily alert via email , follow us on twitter, or facebook. We will post our bargainz at 10am PST daily. But the best thing to do is to check our site at 10am when the new bargainz is posted.  It's first come, first served.

What are "extra bargainz"?

We will offer a second or third deal "aka extra bargainz" from time to time. Keep up with us via twitter and facebook!
